good people is a oxymoron.

Try ‘less bad’.

There is no "fate", just dumb luck. There’s no universal force that keeps tabs on people…sometimes bad things happen to good people, it’s just plain unlucky.

Who knows….? Keep it up, though. Don’t become a bad person just to gain favor with this "karma" or whatever (which, as the guy before me said, isn’t real). It does seem like the good guys always finish last, doesn’t it???

Nobody on Y/A has the answers to these questions.

Life is a mystery.

Perhaps bad things happen to good people, because good people are stronger, and can handle it. If you are a good person, please continue to do so

In my own experience I have found that the bad things that happened to me toughened me up so that I was able to help some other poor soul down the road.

Those things just happened to you becuase of coincidental factors, you got strep becuase you were exposed to germs. You got hurt becuase you made some error on the motorcycle, your hobby thing broke cuz i was defective, or it was a cheap piece of junk. Haiti had an earthuake becuase their city was close to a fault line, your car broke down becuase it was getting old, or something, and your boss expects you to be at work on time. Thinghs happen as a result of actions, not luck, or destiny, or any of that. Bad people live miserable lives becuase they are bad. Just learn to go with the flow, or at least, dont drown in it. You’re alive arent you? Im sure there was worse and better people than you killed in Haiti.

You think things that happen to you is bad?
That’s because you never look at the little things that are GOOD about your life….If you got a car, a home to live in, an education, a job, and a family that loves you unconditional..then you’re living the good life.
Just think about all the homeless people around the world that have no fresh water and dig in the trash for food.
Or think about the hikers in the desert that lost their way and can’t find anyway out..and have little to no food to survive for the time their trying to find help.
Or think about the kid that lost both his/her parents in the earthquake in Haiti and have no one else to turn to.

Yeah…..all the things that happen to you are pretty bad compared to the people above that I listed.

you have to be more careful . secondly, this might sound like im being a jerk but Haiti is suppose to only hold 500 thousand people to hold considering it by its resources but there is over 3 million. thats why Haiti has 80% of population in poverty.

Because chit happens. When you partake in risky behavior (motorcycle riding, not a lot of protection on a bike) you take a chance that you won’t be in an accident.
