i am painting a pirate flag on my wall and want the skull to glow. black light paints are expensive or not white in regular light. so i thought of mixing in some tatoo ink that glows into white wall paint. will it work?
If you mix the ink with white paint it will opaque out the ink. Mix the ink with a clear gesso or clear varnish and paint it over the white.
