Blue Knights Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club – Charity Ride

The sixth annual Blue Ride motorcycle rally for charity was held in Washington County Pennsylvania. Sgt. David Richards from the South Strabane police barracks was the organizer, and, Ford Shankle produced it. The Blue Ride gets its name from one of the core groups involved, the Blue Knights, composed entirely of police officers from Canada, Pennsylvania and many other Northeast states. Nearly six-hundred riders and three-hundred passengers paid thirty-dollars to participate. Arnold McCauley talked with flellow participants about why the all like the event. All proceeds benefit area charities, especially those that involve children.
