He hates to wear jewelry, so I'm stumped. I'd like to give him something special to mark 10 years of service, something that stands out from the normal computer and motorcycle gifts he gets for Christmas and his birthday.

Being in the Marine Corps myself I'm going to assume he's probably in for the long haul (20 years or more). Get him something Moto for his office desk or to hang on the wall. check out http://www.grunt.com

search EBay for Marine Corps artifacts…memorabilia….something like that, I'm sure you can find some interesting things on there from WWII, Korea, Vietnam, or the Gulf War. I'm sure he'd appreciate that.
Or maybe a nice watch. I know you said no jewelry, but if you find a nice one, endorsed by the Marine Corps…he may like that too.
