How many times has Undertaker died?

When Undertaker first wrestled, he looked like a biker/convict person, then he wore the classic Undertaker outfit. He looked dead, but since it was his first debut as the Undertaker, was he alive? I know he went through some costume changes. As McMahon’s evil priest, he looked pasty and dead. Then, he was a biker and looked very much alive. Then he went back to being an Undertaker, only with more of an extreme look and was a bit pasty. Now, he doesn’t look as pasty, but wears the classic hat and trenchcoat. I assume he was alive, but since he didn’t look too dead, maybe he’s coming back pastier looking. I can’t tell which times he’s alive and human and which times he’s a walking corpse. I assume everytime he doesn’t look too pasty and doesn’t always use fancy smokes and stuff, he’s human. Otherwise he’s the Deadman. What do you think?
