Toy Run 2009
Somewhere in the region of 2,000 bikers took part with hundreds more lining the streets.
WHAT IS THE TOY RUN?
Bikers donate toy gifts for the Bernados charity foundation that are then, in turn, distributed by Barnardo’s to centres around the UK as Christmas presents for the children on Christmas morning.
TOY RUN ORIGINS.
The first Reading Toy Run was held in 1985 and was organised by the Reading Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA). The run has continued for over two decades.

Thanks for that. It’s nice to know when I get it right for a change!
It still amazes me how in this day and age kids still have to suffer such hardship. However the toy run restores my faith in humanity every year.
