Hundreds of motorcyclist, many dressed in Santa Claus suits, on the roads of London delivering gifts and toys to children at London’s hospitals. Starting from the Ace Cafe in West London with Police escort through central London, the annual run takes place around mid December bringing much needed joy to kids in hospitals.
