Officer Scott Bracken of the Winston-Salem Police Department’s “Bike Patrol” is the next man in the chair @ Finnigin’s “St. Baldrick’s Day” event. Bracken lost his hair AND his eyebrows for a good cause…all in the line of duty. A good man, a good cause. Enjoy the camaraderie on Trade Street Beach.
