Was it a holiday gift? Did they have to earn it through grades? Cost?
My daughter has to earn her motorcycle by keeping good grades. She will get one on her 16th b-day instead of a car. On a motorcycle she wont be driving in bad weather, she can’t use a phone to text or call (no distracted driving), only one friend can drive with her, gas is cheaper and so is insurance best of all it is very hard to get pregnant in the back seat of one. This just seems like a safer option all around. She is also getting a 250cc which can go over 80mph but isn’t permitted on the free ways due to size.

MSJC’s 1st College Foundation Scholarship Charity ride 2009 started with the gathering of biker participants at the Menifee Campus, traveling thru Temecula Valley, lake Skinner and Anza with a stop at Dairy Queen for free coffee. Continuing the ride, they rode thru Garner Valley and Mountain Ctr towards Valle Vista towards the San Jacinto Campus where lunch of bbq tri-tip and chicken with beans, salad, potato salad, rolls and brownies awaited. After lunch there was a raffle draw and an auction. Great weather all day and great turnout of more than 80bikes.
